Since graduating from the Royal College in 1979, Clive Burr has established his own studio design workshop where his small team practice all aspects of gold and silversmithing to the highest quality. As a result he has done numerous and varied prestigious commissions including presentations for Her Majesty the Queen, The King of Kuwait, The Goldsmiths' Company and De Beers Ascot Diamond Stakes Trophy in 1999. Clients for domestic silver and giftware have included Liberty & Co., Alfred Dunhill, Thomas Goode & Co. and Asprey & Garrard. Each product made at Clive Burr's workshop is individually designed to the client's requirement and budget. Clive Burr offers an exclusive design service for made-to-order jewellery in platinum, gold and silver, with a full diamond mounting service. This means gems from existing jewellery can be incorporated into new pieces or new gemstones can be chosen as required. Many silverware pieces incorporate crystal, enamel work or slate together with highly polished or engine turned silver, each piece always retaining the highest standard of craftsmanship.
